In this age of faceless screen staring, it feels good to just talk to somebody. Debbie from member services is a God sent. She is very patient and accommodating. She even called me after our first vacation thru the program. If you travel, you will love it!

I like my membership for certain attributes. I find airfare and popular hotels deals ok at best. The cruises and resorts side on the other hand is fantastic. It may not solve all my travel needs, but it makes life easier and travel cheaper.
We are both retired and love it. Great program for those with flexibility in schedule, good specials. Very helpful staff whenever we had to call. Good cruise offers too.
After three weeks of attempting to get "connected" to our NEW account, it appears that we have had some success and have access to Leisure Time Passport as well! Once, we have had a chance to book our trips and enjoy the discounts we will be providing feedback and input. At our first glance the airfares are very competitive...
We are having difficulty accessing our new account for the first time. Is anyone else new to this site experiencing the same issues. We have been attempting to access our Resort Weeks account for several days and have not been successful.
Decent selection of resorts. Although we don't see our favorite spots on specials much, we get good rates with concierge help. Cruise planning gets a bit tricky, but money saved is good.

I absolutely enjoy concierge service. They whole team makes it an effortless experience. I have been on several vacations already and all logistics were executed perfectly.
